Celebrate Oktoberfest with us — we bring the feast to you. Whether you’re in the office, at home, or hosting at your event space, The Oktober Table transforms any setting into a Bavarian inspired celebration with full catering display. No stress, no travel, just beer, meat platters, and good times right where you are.

Designed to serve up to 20 guests, this fully styled buffet comes complete with rustic decorative touches and a charming centrepiece, making it as beautiful as it is bountiful. Pretzels are strung on pipe wall, all curated to capture the spirit of a true Oktoberfest feast.

At the heart of the spread is a purposefully designed meat lineup featuring star proteins: succulent pork porchetta and smoky 12 hour Wagyu short rib, bringing bold flavour and Bavarian authenticity to the table.

 

Menu includes: 

•  Starter
– Sauerkraut Slaw

 Sides
– Pretzel with Mustard Cheese Dip
– Fresh Herbs Fusilli
– Roasted carrots, cherry tomatoes, and honey mustard glazed asparagus
– Homemade Xato Sauce

• Mains
– In-house Roasted Pork Porchetta – featuring succulent pork belly rolled and slow roasted for hours, with golden crackling on the outside and juicy, flavour packed meat within.
– 12-Hour Smoked Wagyu Short Rib – featuring Australian Wagyu short rib smoked for 12 hours, infused with deep smoky flavour, fall-apart tenderness and irresistible charred edges.
– Duo Sausage Platter (German Garlic Sausage + Snail Chicken Sausage)

 

• And because no Oktoberfest is complete without a proper toast, this catering set comes with complimentary:
– 20 x 500ml of Chilled Erdinger Weissbier
– 20 pairs of Pretzel Eyeglasses props for your photo worthy moments
– 2 bottle opener lanyard to keep the party flowing, anytime

    7-day lead time required. We are fully booked on dates that are unavailable for selection. If you are unable to select any dates, do ensure that your cart is empty. For orders 100pax and above, kindly email us with our order at hello@theplatteringco.com

    Our team will arrive approximately 45 minutes before your event start time.

    Early set-up fees 

    6 - 7 am (+$ 150)
    7 - 8 am (+$ 120)
    8 - 9 am (+$ 100)

    +$120 for late night set-up (For set-ups between 10pm-6am)

    +$35/hour or partthereof for late teardown (For teardown from 9-11pm)
