Celebrate the season with our 9 course festive feast, featuring Smoked and Charred Wagyu Short Ribs, gently smoked to draw out their rich depth, then finished with a beautifully charred crust for bold, robust flavour and fall apart tenderness. Accompanied by a refreshing Cranberry and Pineapple Slaw, Roasted Eggplant and Tomato Pasta, and a spread of hearty sides from our Ultimate Sausage Platter to Brown Butter Herb Roasted Vegetables, Maple Glazed Brussels Sprouts, and Holiday Grilled Portobello Mushrooms. Conclude with Valrhona Manjari Chocolate Mousse Shot and Fudgy Brownies crowned with Seasonal Berries, a sumptuous celebration designed to bring warmth, indulgence, and elegance to your holiday table.
