The holiday season is all about feasting and entertaining family and friends. Be allured by winter-themed table styling, inspired by our co-founder’s dreamscape of a Christmas Winter Wonderland, as you and your guests indulge in gloriously delicious platters, Christmas classics, comforting sides, one-bite canapés delights, luxurious seasonal cheese boards and festive sweet treats.

This catering menu includes:

• Starter
– Garden Pasta Salad with Fresh Dill (veg)

• Sides
– Chicken Sausage Platter
– Creamy-Crunchy Slaw (veg)
– Mexican Tortilla Chips, served with Nacho Cheese (veg)

• Main
– Oven-baked Salmon with Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce and Holiday Roasted Vegetables (served with portobello mushrooms, roasted brussels sprouts, asparagus, carrots, corn, cherry tomatoes, butter garlic lemon sauce) ($47/pax)

• Desserts
– Festive Macarons (assortment of flavours) (veg)
– Mini Brownies with Seasonal Berries (veg)

    7-day lead time required. We are fully booked on dates that are unavailable for selection. If you are unable to select any dates, do ensure that your cart is empty. For orders 100pax and above, kindly email us with our order at hello@theplatteringco.com

    *Event Start Time

    Our team will arrive approximately 45 minutes before your event start time.

    Early set-up fees

    6 - 7 am (+$ 150)
    7 - 8 am (+$ 120)
    8 - 9 am (+$ 100)

    +$120 for late night set-up (For set-ups between 10pm-6am)

    +$35/hour or partthereof for late teardown (For teardown from 9-11pm)
