A moist oven-baked salmon fillet topped with our head chef’s pungent, spicy umami-laden sambal paste with freshly-pounded lemongrass and galangal, served with cincalok (fermented shrimp) and fresh lime slices to intensify the dish, Teochew yam rice, mini golden bak kwa quiche, ginger garlic clams, perfectly grilled eggplant and red velvet cakes slices complete this lunar new year feast.
