Our cold kitchen team, that is made up of cheese enthusiasts, are always excited to share their love for and knowledge of cheese through the cheese platters they meticulously assemble and grazing tables that are styled with much finesse and passion. Our cheese platters and grazing tables are not only edible works of art but they are also well-thought-out assemblages from the choice of speciality cheese to the way the cheese is sliced to its placement and pairing with complementary food items. To ensure that the palates are not overwhelmed by a hodgepodge of flavours, our cheese experts limit the cheese selections to not more than five at one time. Different textured cheeses and those with interesting flavours are specially selected for a gastronomic experience!
