Job description:
Oversee catering and logistics activities.
Plan daily logistics delivery schedule to ensure timely events setup and delivery.
Manage logistics drivers and setup team.
Respond to and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
Liaise with the sales team to understand special customer requests and with the kitchen team on order fulfillment timings.
Review operational processes to ensure optimal efficiencies.Ensure workplace safety.
Support in event setups where needed.
Requirements:
Hold a diploma or degree in logistics or business management.
Possess 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Resourceful.
Able to multi-task.
Possess strong operational management skills.
Sales Manager
Job description:
Strategise and plan to drive sales and meet sales targets.
Manage and monitor performance and progress of the sales team.
Monitor, manage and track pipeline opportunities.
Manage corporate level and partner sales opportunities.
Establish new partnerships, building rapport and managing sales processes with partners (ie. catering platforms, event venues etc.)
Oversee and improve sales processes.
Report progress to management team.
Liaise with logistics and kitchen teams on delivery and product discussions for business development ideas and process improvements.
Liaise with marketing to identify opportunities to drive sales.
Requirements:
Hold a diploma or degree in business management, hospitality or equivalent.
Have 3-5 years of relevant sales management experience.
Sales and results oriented.
People oriented.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the F&B industry preferred.
