Usher in prosperity this Lunar New Year with our 9-course festive set menu, featuring premium Norwegian King Salmon, gently poached to perfection and infused with the subtle, earthy aroma of Koenigii (curry leaves) for a unique flavor twist. The salmon is topped with a Cantonese-inspired Bi Feng Tang garlic crust, a fragrant blend of golden-fried garlic crust, preserved radish crips, and golden cereal crumble – adding crunchy contrast to the delicate fish. Begin your meal with appetizing starters and delectable sides. This year, we’ve added a newly introduced DIY station, featuring tender Szechuan-spiced pulled pork collar, fluffy golden lotus leaf buns, and an array of flavorful condiments to let you create the perfect bite. Complete your meal with seasonally crafted desserts. This is how a memorable reunion feast should be.
